Booking conditions

  • Bookings made under the same email address will be seated together

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • The meal option will be chicken or vegetarian and this must me confirmed with us by email 10 days before the event. Chicken is the default option.

  • Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission

  • Student or NHS ID will required at the event from all persons admitted on a discounted ticket

  • All participants must be +14

  • Recording of live footage is not permitted

  • Other T&C's apply with can be requested by email.

  • Changes to the programme or the offer may be made at any point before or during the show.

  • Is the anatomy human? No. The anatomy is of swine origin. Identical in size and structure.

Organiser retains the right to cancel or postpone the event, in which case a full refund will be offered.

Belfast & London shows carry a £10.00 surplus due to increased operational and commodity costs.

Should the ITAE Group postpone or cancel an event then you are entitled to a refund in full providing that you respond to email correspondence in writing within 7 days of the email being sent. To communicate the postponed event a traced email will be sent to the email address used to purchase the ticket(s) outlining: the reason for postponement, the rearranged date and/or the alternative location. Failure to respond or reply in writing to this email will result in assumed consent to transfer all tickets associated with that email address to the alternative event date and location. The ITAE Group operates a strict no refunds policy on all tickets purchased.
