The ITAE Group operates a strict no refund or transfer policy on all tickets once purchased. Occasionally the ITAE Group may offer a refund to guests should the event be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. As per your consumer rights, you are entitled to a refund of the face value or any tickets purchased in associated with the event that that been cancelled or postponed. Should an event be affected by a cancellation or postponement, you will be notified by email using the email address inputted during the transaction. Please note, it is your responsibility to enter an accurate email address and ensure your mail box settings are updated to receive ITAE Group email correspondence. We advise you to monitor your general mailbox as well as spam and junk folders on a regular basis. You will have 7 days from the date of the email to contact our guest experience team using the online process as set out in our correspondence. Please note that refund request can take 14 days to be processed and 14 days to be credited back into your account. Booking fees are non refundable unless covered by the optional booking fee protection. 





Where is the event held?

See the address provided on the event. Most events take place in hotels.


What’s included in my ticket?

Tickets include admission to the experience and a two course meal.

Is there a minimum age?
We recommend that participants are aged 14 and above, anyone under the age of 18 would require and an adult to be present.

Can carers attend?

Yes, they can attend for free, please see the footer on the website on how to register for a carer place.

Does the venue accept card payments?

Please check with the hotel venue however most do accept card and cash payments.


What is the two course meal?

A main meal, usually a chicken dish and a desert. This is subject to change.

For any dietary requirements please disclose this upon ticket purchase.

If you event made us aware at point of purchase, you can tell us on arrival of the event.

Are drinks available?
Yes all venues have a full licensed bar that offers a selection of drinks.

Is the venue accessible for the less-abled?
Yes all chosen venues have disabled access.


What clothing shall I wear?

Dress to impress, scrubs are provided for dissection!


How will you contact me?
We contact customer by email, we use the email address that was used to purchase the tickets, please regularly check your spam/junk folder for updates on the event.

Is there a refunds policy?

Yes to view the refunds policy, please click the link in the footer of the website to view our terms and conditions. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Are there any special effects used?
There are period of darkness and theatrical lights used throughout the performance.

What time shall I arrive?
Doors open at 5:30pm, last admission is 6:00pm.

Where will I be sat?

We operate a free seating policy, we are unable to reserve seats, we advise you to arrive early to join the que if you wish to sit together, please be aware those arriving later or towards the back of the que may be sat separately. 

Is there an interval?

Yes, there is a 15 minute interval, the bar is open throughout the trial.

What time does it finish?
The event finishes at 10:30pm.

Do I need to bring my tickets?
In order to speed admission please have your tickets and barcode open on your phone or printed for scanning, if you don’t have access to your tickets, please bring id and we will locate your booking on the system.

Can we bring our own Food and Drink?
No, for public safety regarding allergies, guests are not permitted to bring their own food into the venue. ​

Due to licensing law the only alcohol that can be consumed in the venue is the alcohol that is purchased in the venue.


Can I reserve a seat in advance?


Our events are all free seating. We ask guests not to leave single seats between themselves and other guests. We do advise arriving early if you are a large party and sitting  together is important.
